Neighborhood Plan Support Form

The future of my neighborhood is important to me.  I support representatives from our subdivision starting the process of establishing a neighborhood plan in order to preserve the lifestyle and individuality that has made Gulf Shore Manor a unique neighborhood since 1925.

 

 The neighborhood plan shall be consistent with Walton County's Comprehensive Plan, but may contain additional requirements beyond those found within the Land Development Code and Comprehensive Plan.   

 

This plan must include the court judgments from 1986, 1993 and 1994 that document the easement use rights of all Gulf Shore Manor property owners to access and use their neighborhood beaches. 
 

I support the initiative to begin the process of establishing a neighborhood plan for the Gulf Shore Manor Subdivision located in Walton County, Florida.  I am a parcel owner of residential property in said subdivision as indicated below.
