On-Line Membership Application
Membership is open to all property owners in Gulf Shore Manor subdivision who wish to join the association.
Membership dues are $50/year renewable every November.
Each member is entitled to one vote on any matter presented to the Board of Directors that would require a vote by the general membership.
Any member who may own more than one property is only required to pay one membership fee and will only have one vote.
Annual dues are $50 and for new members joining after June 15th $25. Dues are renewable by December 31st of each year. A donation to our legal defense fund can be made along with your dues payment by one of the four options below. Because GSM POA is a not for profit 501(c)3 organization, we will provide a receipt for your tax deductible donation.
1. Use the bill pay system with your bank. Have your bank send the check to:

In the account information, please use your address in Gulf Shore Manor so we easily track your contribution. This can be for one time donations or you can set up recurring monthly payments if you would like to contribute to our legal defense fund.
2. Write a check to GSM POA and send it to: Kathy Posey

Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459
3. Use PayPal to pay with your credit card or your PayPal account.

If you choose, you can set up a recurring payment. Please note that PayPal will deduct approximately 3% from your donation. That’s 3% less funds that we can use for legal defense.
